My Name is Mark Hughes and I am the owner of a commercial cleaning business called DustBusters Professional Cleaning which has been trading for almost nine years.

Our services include pre/end of tenancy cleaning for the rental market, which is our core service and includes  add-on services like carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and window cleaning. To cater for our rich client base’s needs we also offer one-off spring cleaning, after builders cleaning and communal area contract cleaning.

I started my business by cleaning flats, houses and student accommodation for the first six months all by myself. The time came when the demand for my services increased so much that I couldn’t handle all the cleaning myself and therefore took on my first cleaner to help me meet demand. We now have several contract cleaners that allows us to meet the growing demand for our cleaning services.

I have always worked in the service industry and am passionate to the point of obsessed about providing exceptional service and going beyond the call of duty. This means I strive daily to improve our cleaning service and make it my key focus to form relationships with my clients rather than just a one-off clean where money is exchanged and everyone just moves on. I am a family man with family values and like to incorporate the same values and moral principles in my business life.
